Tips for apprenticeship programmes

These documents should be provided for an application to be complete and meaningful:

  • Covering letter: Give reasons why you have decided for the specific vocation, why you want to join Kaeser and why you think you are a good fit for the vocation and Kaeser.
  • Tabular resume
  • A current photograph
  • Your last school report
  • Certificates for previously obtained qualifications (internships, volunteer work, courses, etc.)

Selection process

Our selection process for apprentices:

  • The starting point is your submission of your complete and meaningful application.
  • Human Resources makes an initial selection from all applications received and invites the selected candidates for the selection day or recruitment test in the company.
  • The next step is either a selection (for vocational training lasting 3 or 3.5 years) or a recruitment test (for 2-year vocational training).
  • A job interview completes the initial introduction.
  • If, at the end of this application process, you and we are of the opinion that a vocational training at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN is the right start for your professional career, a training agreement will be signed.
